Welcome to the website of the Order of the Royal and Select Masters for the District of Sussex.

Originally established in 1888 when Brighthelmstone Council No.15 was Consecrated in Sussex, we were part of South Eastern Division (Middlesex, Surrey, Kent and Sussex) when, in 1989, the Kent and Sussex Division was formed.

The District Grand Council of Sussex was finally Constituted in 1992, and now consists of nine Councils with a total membership of some 220 subscribing members.
